Different check in times
Check-in in Kastrup airport
Check-in takes place from Terminal 2, where DANILOG personel are present 3,5 hours before liftoff and untill liftoff.Check-in from Karup airport
Check-in is normaly done from the ”Blue room”, wich are on the right side about 150 meters from Karups airport main guard. There are signs from the main guard to the ”Blue room” (”Blå Sal”), where DANILOG personel are present one hour before checkin and untill liftoff.It is also in the area you say goodbye to you familie. The reason for doing this in the ”Blue room” is because of limited space in the civilian part of the airport.
Efter saying goddbye the passagers are driven to the civilian part of Karup airport in busses, where security check of baggage and passagers are. After this they are taken to a waiting area in the airport.
A good advice is to bring a small amount of cash in dollars or euros for intermediate landings, because its possible to purchase refreshments in the airport.
